Zihua Antojitos

Shrimp fajitas at a bar in Zihua. It just melted in my mouth. According to my Lonely Planet book - this is an example of "antojitos" - dishes that could be served at any time of the day. Mark pointed out that most of the menus at Mexican-American restaurants (in California) list "antojitos" as their main entrees. Interesting.

This dish was hearty and cheesy. Most seafood in Zihuatanejo is safe to eat because it's a fishing town. Most of the seafood is fresh on a daily basis.
