I think my grandmother Leonie von Wiese und Kaiserswaldau is the teenager in the middle row above the girl in the sailor suit, with a bow in her hair. She was born in 1895, and some of the men in the picture are wearing German army uniforms, so I would think this was taken just before WWI. It's in the garden of the house my mother grew up in, at 20 Marienstraße, Lichterfelde, which was then a suburb of Berlin. If you look it up, you will see that other houses have been built up around their place. I think they sold much of the surrounding land during the inflation years after WWi.
