Sitting Lady Falls

This branch is driving me nuts!

I actually like this branch - it lends reality to the waterfall

ummm nice!

Can try the Correction brush (K) in Lightroom here, set it to e.g. -2 Exposure and darken the branch to make it less intrusive if you think it is necessary.

You can play with the Correction brush (K) in Lightroom and add selective coloring here, e.g. natural green (and play with local luminosity and saturation then), instead of getting rid of the branch. Again, I do not think it is necessary.

this branch has to stay; and definite NO-NO to the selective colour, it's great B-W image!!!

You took a photo of a natural scene so don't modify it.

This branch must stay!! I think it makes the photo a bit more interesting.

with or without the branch..this photo is simply marvelous.. vote to keep it natural

I was very happy with how this photo turned out...except for that branch in the lower right corner! I tried cloning it out, but I just couldn't get the spray to look right. Maybe one of you Photoshop wizzes could help me out.

Great shot! (If you want to edit it out, here's a thought. Try selecting the flow just to the left of the branch using freehand selection with a little feathering. Float it / copy it to a new layer. Mirror it. Deform it using the free transform / freeform deformation. Blend it back down.)

Garnite: Yep, this is local. It's at a park called Witty's Lagoon in Metchosin. Usually there isn't this much water, but this was taken just after we got some rain. Here are some of my other photos of the park.
