distracting. Against a different background

nice motion effect, but that is all you have.
which is half a picture. Need some nice
centre of focus to contrast with the motion
blur.

Bad angle, bad focus, blurry, and grainy. Did
you use a tripod or try and hand hold it?

the street doesnt really look all that
busy... anywho, it looks like thousands of
other long exposure car tail light shots. and
this isnt really even a good one

quaisi: I'm sorry, thats how it moves me, or
even not. Look at the pools with night shots,
there are so many pictures with light
trails.. You'll get what I mean.

It's grainy and the horizon is off-kilter.
Try removing the noise and straightening it
up. It still wouldn't be remarkable enough
for the Safe, but it would be an improvement.
