Mitt Romney won the award for Most Overwhelming Presence Money Can Buy (far left). Sam Brownback won the award for Best Position But Worst Attitude (left). Mike Huckabee won the award for Best Personal Presentation by a Candidate (right and far right).

Vans belonging to television stations (left) reminded anybody who might forget that the media was covering the straw poll. A multitude of clearly-printed and practically-placed signs directed attendees to the Scheman Building (center) and to Stephens Auditorium wheere they could vote. A bus departs from the Windsor Heights Hy-Vee (left) on University to take Mitt Romney supporters to the straw poll. The bus that had Team Mitt t-shirts on it broke down and a Midwest Coaches, Inc. bus was sent instead. Midwest Coaches also get called into service when Jefferson Lines has overflow demand of bus passengers on the Minneapolis-Des Moines-Kansas City routes.
