A bit of late night cross processing - Day 354 of Project 365

    Newer Older

    05/08/09

I was trying to restrict myself to one cross processed shot a week... so much for that idea!

Tonight I was experimenting with depth of field so see how shallow I could go and still get a full height portrait in the frame. This crop is the bottom 2/3rd's of one of those shots. I think I'm just about all in focus and mostly in the frame at around 4 or 5 meters from the camera (makes mental note).

Yet another late night, I'm typing this at 5.01am... although I have said this before I think it is now completely without doubt that I have quite spectacularly failed one of my new years resolutions ;D

Viewing this on black will undoubtedly make you a better person :D

Lightroom: there might have been usage of a cross processing preset... but I couldn't possibly comment, crop, white balance off my t-shirt, nudge the yellow and blue saturation, tweak brightness and contrast, save to JPG

Love the cross processing! You are very brave putting your camera on the floor in these shots, I would be scared someone would come along and take it!!

Night cross processing is my absolute fave... such wonderful vivid colors. great shot, the focus is dead on. Love it! Oh, and I found this through Tyla's Follow Friday.
