Apparently I'm Vit D deficient (who isn't?), but this makes me sad. I long to be outdoors. Something's got to give.

On that note, planning a backpack with my guys (Husband, Brother, Father) for this summer. Revisiting childhood hikes. YES.

Dancing with the many visions in my head. Refining the values & direction (over & over, repeat).

India. Less than 6 weeks. I can't tell if friends think I am foolish or crazy or just afraid that I will stay.

Hangups. Man. I have got to lose them. I do what I am going to do anyway, but I sure do waste a lot of time about it.

P.S. When the apocalypse comes, I can knit you a sweater. (You supply the sheep) ;)

Enter as you mean to continue (I should attribute this, but where did it come from? It’s not my phrase, but a theme this week)

I started the week (and year) joyfully, powerfully – in practice, in community, with intention.

Practice and preparation. Self care and study.

Sweeter. She is such a tough girl.

Listening to this from Mandolin Orange right now, with a side of puppy snores.

This was my Christmas Day: NOT MOVING. Sit. Read. Write. Silence. Blankets and couch, Tad + Sweeter + Me.

Silence + Pen + Pages & Pages of BS = Clarity. Magic. Movement. I don’t understand why or how this works. Doesn’t really matter either, does it?

Ending 2011/ Beginning 2012 with yoga & teaching. Feels appropriate. Subbing tomorrow’s early class & kicking off a yoga-mala (108 Sun Salutes) with fellow teachers Sunday a.m.

Reflecting & reading from myself a year ago - sending her love & wondering if me-next-year is doing the same for me-now.

Loving the psychological reboot of New Year’s – and I’m excited to see what grows during this next trip around the sun. Wishing you all moxie/love/clarity …..
