The calm before the storm... by Psiphon.
Cobalt Beach in Tokyo Summerland. This was right before they started the artificial waves which they did every 30 minutes. It's not as full otherwise. Summer 2004.

i was 16 in 1968 when summerland opened, my father was stationed at Tachikawa Air Base. i went to the park many times , it was alot of fun, but you did have to watch out when you were changing your clothes, because a whole family might walk in on you, they had men and woman sides but that didnt matter much.
