Marketing FAIL

in an attempt to rebadge Saas as "cloud computing", en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salesforce.com encourges the notion that software is evil. Great! I'll not only outsource my contacts but I'll rely on you for innovation and mashing up given you seem switched on to this cool Web 2.0 thing. Not! Might have been OK if this wasn't a Web conference and they were stood outside the entrance to the main hall - the developer track. My reaction *giant swerve* and to order stickers: "no lockin".
