      it's just converted from rgb to grayscale

      image was taken putting the camera in the floor, trying to be as much centered as possible

      the lighthouse did the rest :-), worth a visit!!!

      Classic concept (winding stairs from below) but probably one of the best photos in this style I have seen! This could easily be used as a painting on the wall.

      wow--this is mesmerizing...the absence of color actually enhances the sense of movement, and you’ve managed to create symmetry from asymmetry—i love the variations of line as they coil their way upward, and the tonal gradations move so smoothly with the spiral…in the very center, it seems like the eye of heaven is looking down.
      have you added this to the spiral mandala or the koru pool?
      magical!
