Don't you see? There's a glass wall
separating the employees and customers. Also,
there are those little boxes -- which opens
only one way -- to put in cash and get the
food. When I asked the guy if things get
crazy around here, he replied he wouldn't
work here without these things.

I saw the same thing in San Francisco in '99.
When we walked around (three tall Indians),
people coming the other way would cross the
street to avoid walking by us.
