arrest - pt 4

Local shopping mall - these two come out from a store as I walk by - they seem to speak, then the fellow in the black grabs the fellow in the orange hat.

Loss prevention offier at work. I didn't know if I should jump in or just take pics - decision was to observe and record.

So, my first live action capture - I don't count protests, they are planned. This was somewhat more spontaneous...
