KL Tower

Taken from Luna Bar the Kuala Lumpur Tower (officially known as Menara Kuala Lumpur; referred later as KL Tower) is a tall tower located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and was built in 1995. It is used for communication purposes and features an antenna that reaches 421 m (1,381 ft), which currently makes it the fifth tallest tower in the world. The roof of the pod is at 335 m (1,099 ft).

The rest of the tower below has a stairwell and an elevator to reach the upper area, which also contains a revolving restaurant, providing diners a beautiful view of the city. Races are organised yearly where participants race up the stairs to the top. The tower also acts as the Islamic falak observatory to look for the crescent moon to mark the beginning of Muslim month of Ramadhan, Syawal, and Zulhijjah, to celebrate fasting month of Ramadhan, Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Aidiladha.

Aunty Alice with words

I took this picture for the weekly challenge and it was really nice taking picture of this sweet lady in my church.

I asked her to to do a heart shape sign with her hands and she cuddled them up together and made it look like that. She said " aunty hands old edi la? cannot flex like u young people one ! this is the closest LOVE shape I can give you la" she was such a sport and I totally love this picture....

John & Manju

Manju is one my good friends from college days and I met her boyfriend as well yesterday. John fronts the band "Silent Scream' and was one of the top winners for the MACP music awards recently.

It was nice seeing Manju and few other friends who I have not seen for quite a while now...
