Sketching

It was +2 yesterday, warm enough to sketch while they tobagganed. I wore fingerless mitts on the right hand, and had a blast. I very resolutely ignored the other parents, because I was very certainly setting a precedent and I didn't want to see it on their faces. And when I pulled out a camera and took a picture of my book, I imagined that I was alone on the hill...

Terri, that's Celsius, otherwise it would have! I still had to keep my fingers warm, and occasionally I'd pop the pen in my back pocket to warm while I nestled my hand in my wind-free pocket.
