Pollak valveOutlet port to engine, will be veg oil or (bio)diesel depending on which way the switch on the dash is flicked. Inlet port, fuel from (bio)diesel) tank. Inlet port from veg oil tank, not yet plumbed in. Bling bling wiring, alive and connected to switch on front dash Unnecessary ritual. Triplicate wires from valve to fuel guages blocked off, unneeded. ![]() 6 port valve to change between diesel and veg oil fuel tanks, bolted to firewall of engine bay.

3 electrical wires, as shown, unused, as no need in my case to run them to gauge sending units of each tank and overarching fuel guage. I don't need that much information and technicality all at once. 2 remaining wires piped to switch on front dash. Ports (rubber hose fuel lines). Valve consists of Inlet and return port for each fuel line, as well as same for outlet port to the actual engine. In this case, 3 ports blocked off as this old truck has no return lines to standard fuel tank so no return lines persé, may think about a return line to veg oil tank in future in order to keep the veg oil tank warm with returning warm veg oil from engine, but we don't have such a big winter in Australia so no worries for the moment. Yeah no worries mate! Would you like to comment?Sign up for a free account, or sign in (if you're already a member). |
