This was the picture that almost got me arrested... I was stopped by a cop and questioned for a while. I wasn't super coperative. I was made to move along.
This water tower is on Northrop Grumman property.

As if that water tower, visible from quite a distance, is some top secret installation that can't be photographed....
But it would be even worse if you tried taking this photo now with everyone on 'high alert' after the recent London bombings. I wanted to take some train photos, and decided that I might somehow be viewed as suspicious for photographing trains right now....

No, I find it worrisome that they hassled me.
I don't buy the post 9/11 justification for BS crack downs. If you follow the news - despite all the new draconian laws and paranoia - all the terrorist plots that have been stopped have been stopped using conventional police work. Oh, and I don't buy that they have stopped a bunch that they won't talk about since they are so proud to trumpet out every single stupid idiot with a half baked idea that would work even if he wasn't stopped.
