Apart the fact that I love Vancouver, It's a nice evening shotthat captures very well the light.
A bit too much of a postcard type of picture though for my taste.

Great composition, the shoreline is well aligned in diagonal. Great use of lights. It doesn´t matter if it looks like a postcard when it looks like a GOOD postcard

Wow i like this. I'm guess you took this from Burrard Bridge? Things i particularly like include: how the water is so flat but not glossy (I'm going to guess an early morning shot, which is cheating because you must be facing west); how the perspective draws the eye towards granville bridge; and the colour.

It is definitely postcardy, but postcardy to my taste (though I may be biased to Vancouver)

This pic was taken just after sunset. Long time exposure make the water flat. So,it's not early morning. And I did took it on the burrard bridge of Vancouver. I love that city .

I'm curious to know what the water condition were really like, and how that affected your choice of exposure time. It's an effect i'm going to have to try.

The condition of water I simply can't remember, but I think is just normal. I believe that long time exposure make the water flat, even some water surface as rough as ocean, you can make it flat with a long time exposure. But you need very low surrounded light. In this case, it's almost dark after this shot. So, you can see some people open their light in their apartment. I took this for almost 50 sec. That's the secret, not so hard, lookng forward to seeing some similiar work from you. : D
