Can I get a CalTrain bike car tag for this?

This photo of someone's custom-built "mowercycle" was taken "somewhere in the field" by my good friend Jim Hamilton. Unfortunately, I don't know any more about the thing (apologies to whoever built it because I can't credit you!), but I sure wish I had been able to use it back in high school when I did yard work for spending money!

no. The blades need to be attached to the rear cluster somehow so that they can be spun up - and so the rider can vary the amount of grip the blade wheels have on the ground. I don't know, if I was riding it and trying to make it grip I would probably flip it. Good proof of concept though.

IMO for it to work as-is you would have to be on it every day - it would probably only cut 1/2" - 1/4"
