In December 2004, Monkey, JB, and I attended a wokshop in Berkeley taught by Stephen Dunifer of Radio Free Berkeley about how to build a pirate TV transmitter and antenna. Less than a month after attending Dunifer's workshop, we launched Pirate Cat TV 13 in San Francisco.
