Surf and turf

Dad sent us lobster tails and filet mignon for my husband's graduation. We grilled them up and served them with asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, and a balsamic reduction sauce.

 

The steaks were cooked rare, and melted in my mouth. The balsamic sauce was incredible drizzled over the asparagus and steak.
