Bangladesh, India

Sets from our trip to Bangladesh and India. Dhaka was our first stop and these photos are mostly from the Korail slum in the middle of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Next we went to Mumbai, and most of the photos are from the Dharavi slum. We visited one of the oldest parts of the slum, and it was quite built up, well cared-for, and didn't look like much of a slum. That was the point of this particular visit, to challenge our typical notion of "slum."

Hyderabad was our last stop and most of the pictures are from a rural village we visited.
