I was in an IGA in Montreal last week that still had some very old shopping carts in use. They still had 'Steinberg' plates on them. So this store must have been an ex-Steinberg's. The store also had parcel pickup, which was cool, but given it was late on a Sunday night, the parcel pickup was closed.
