New large peninsula
They removed one of the turns outside our office so now we have a large peninsula of cement. It sure does look nice!

Getting there
Our side, with a side walk, has been done for a month now. The far side was recently paved but you can't drive on it yet.

They have started work on the light rail outside our office. Currently they are just rerouting utilities.
