Except that in Schematic's case at least, if you don't have flash they'll happily auto-switch to a non-flash version. Try viewing the site on an iPhone for example. That "flash blocker" extension you're running is actually just blocking the agency's ability to give you the appropriate version. I can't speak for the others, but at least Schematic tried.

This is just a big pause button which then allows me to choose to see the video which in many cases I do. I want to see the new Razorfish site someone pointed me to, I want to see the YouTube video.
