Emily Modified 2082

Emily, after some quick and dirty color correction/levels adjustment. Trying to show my brother what setting the 'Exposure Compensation' to +1 stops would do to an image that's underexposed. All that white snow is confusing his camera!

Yes, the levels and color are still way off. I was on an uncalibrated monitor. Cut me some slack!

Now that I look at on my home screen, there's a slight yellow cast, but it's otherwise nice. I love Photoshop! I'd link you to the dim, blue original, but my brother has his account set private. :)

P.S. I also cropped it and did some dodging... I couldn't help it. Just on Emily though. I tapped her face up one half notch, and bits of the snowsuit too.

i'm sure the picture is just as lovely without the 'dodging'. it's nice to hear someone comment on what they have done to a picture though. (tends to make those of us without the talent to feel less inadequate) ;)
