Refurbished (Golden !) Gates

These gates were erected in 1819 at the south end of the formal gardens. They were brought from the Palace of Versailles by Charles Stanhope, 3rd Earl of Harrington.

Redwing & Fieldfare In My Garden

For the last four days I have had about 50 redwing & fieldfare stripping the berries off my hollybush, once again not best quality due to taking through a double glazed window !
