These hellish metal shacks are the "farms" where 99% of all eggs in the US come from, far from idyllic pastures. There are probably a few MILLION chickens leading short, miserable lives behind these benign-looking walls.

and yes the reflection of the car window is cool

I have become a Vegetarian, but I have to eat eggs,say once every fortnight and I like to eat yoghurt.........alas, the paradox, but still maybe my becoming Vegetarian helps save say one Life per week.........

Hi Gopal, If you're vegetarian you're definitely saving lives. I think I've read that a strict vegetarian (vegan) saves 100 lives per year on average!

It's not so difficult to remove eggs and dairy products from one's diet, I've been vegan for 11 years and am very healthy (and don't have to try too hard to eat this way). It's easier and more convenient if you live in a city or like to do your own cooking, dining out in small American towns is more of a challenge. :) Keep up the great work and please take a look at this link about eggs if you have time: www.goveg.com/factoryFarming_chickens_egg.asp
