It doesn't look exactly like the Linux penguin. Zoom in and you'll see.
And even if it looks a little bit like the penguin, who cares, this is a good thing. More publicity for the Tux.

I would have had a real looking Penguin and not a cartoon one that looks damn near like the Linux one, which it is a copy of - they just changes a couple things and added some other things.

If so, do part of the proceeds help the Open Source community?
If not, then I think it is very miss leading and down right WRONG.
Many Open Source groups including some for-profit companies
use decorated Tux images.
That is ok, but Tux should be reserved for Linux and Open Source
stuff.

Heres the way to settle this. All you have to do is write the company that produced the ticket and request that they attach a copy of the GPL to each lottery ticket they sale :-P
