I'm a bit confused... It looks like it wants to be a documentary street photo, but why have the high saturation that blows out the red jacket and the reflective vest.

I also find the situation it's documenting confusing and I don't understand the story of what's going on.

I really love very tangled mess of people, I always find somthing to enjoy in picture of that kind.
Look at the police man, you can almost see hes thought, I belive he is wondering if you just break the law. The girls are lovely, and happy, and they are beautiful too!

The vectors projected from all those eyelines (including the posters and even the headless manakins) turn this into a conceptual spirograph. The stares straight in to camera speak volumes. The speaker pins the image down.

The central action of the speaker is not strong enough to carry the image though. I think this photo would have worked better, given all the unusual characters in it, without such a strong central figure.

There's some good stuff here. The biblical pose of the girl in the high visibility jacket; the expressions of the policeman and the guy next to him.

But the right hand side of the frame is a boring mess and should be cropped out.
