      It's a pity that I cannot find any information on you at Flickr.com. Still ....Thanks for your reaction and asking me "frankly" for the use of this picture in a new Cambodia Guide book.
      I have visited your blog.spot and I really take an interest into your activities. As long as it is not for commercial (??) use, you are allowed to use it under certain conditions. May be you want to have this picture on a larger scale? Please, tell me.
      Inform me through my email: info@worldpictureservice.nl and we can discuss openly. No use allowed without our "personal" discussion anyway!

      My interest is not of a personal commercial nature.
      Its use would be in a guidebook to raise money for a Wat school near Kep, Cambodia.
      Distribution would be on CD only, space requirements mean the current file size on Flickr is perfect.
