unbalance![]() ![]() surprisingly, people can talk a lot about emptyness and silence and the unbalance.
for example, in a picture there is nothing or just a dot. Audience are just not interested in that small little dot. They always dig in, try to find what is hidden there. or they always believe that there is something hidden in the picture of the dot. Its BELIEF! It might be right, it might be wrong. The photographer/painter might have never thought of any message to send to audience through the picture. Its emptiness! this is for you, my dear friend! Comments·júbilo·haku·

says:
i think the critic or theorist can often tell you why an image *works* or does not but rarely in my opinion does the artist know or have the time to think about any of this before hand. it makes for good dialog for some but i believe in a simple attempted act of becoming one with the subject. when this happens the image is often very good and later you might realize that a golden ratio or law of thirds has slipped into your moment but these rules, laws and guides are not really used when creating an image at the moment.
is it emptiness to have no message or is it emptiness to feel there needs to be one?
