Yoda convention sketchbooks |
An ongoing series of theme sketchbooks
(4" x 6" Pentalic
"Modeskines" - I highly
recommend this brand) begun in 2007 at
Comic-Con International in San Diego and
continued at various other comics events
(including Emerald City Comicon in
Seattle, Stumptown Comics Fest in
Portland OR, MoCCA Art Festival in NYC,
Alternative Press Expo in SF and various
events at the Fantagraphics Bookstore & Gallery). Idea swiped from co-worker Jacob Covey, whose theme is Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles. I'm incredibly grateful, of course, to
all the contributing artists for their
awesome generosity.
