There are plenty webs, full of water drops with the morning dew, at
this season.
This is only a part of a very nice web full of drops.
I have choosen to take the photo in backlit, to have some darker
background.
The angle allows also to see the DOF and lens bokeh plus the sun light
reflected in each water drop.
This was taken in the public park of the castle of La Hulpe (see map)
at around 9h30.
I was nearly alone, with few joggers and another photographer, in that
park, this Saturday morning.
