One way to eat kimchi and pork (a Korean way)
Kimchi, sliced three-layered pork (sam-gyup-sal in Korean), bean sprout, and add whatever you want. Grill it and enjoy with a bowl of rice. You have some more sides in addition. Soju or plum wine will go with it very nicely.
I had that at one of Korean restaurants in Atlanta Georgia.
