      Superb macro; looks like one of those challenging pictures for testing the quality and capacity of a camera (and the steady hand of the photographer)! Look at the clarity of her hair... fantastic. Grrrr ... envy ... ;o)

      Here are some wrong guesses so far -

      - Punch telephone number (touch tone phone sounds)
      - The pixel
      - Something like a "note" as a short paper letter (un billet en français).
      - A phone call

      You may see a common theme!

      It's a code so it makes no sense unless you know it.
      Morse over radio is often long and short tones.
      The photo shows the dots and dashes that make up the image.
      "Who will save me" is a reference to SOS ( . . . - - - . . . ), the international Morse code message for emergencies.
