So, I am going on a diet.

Inspired in part by my fabulous flickr friend The_Steffer.

This will be the first time in my life I've ever even considered moderation in what I eat. I've managed to maintain the same unhealthy weight since I was 16 - so it's time for a change.

I've lost two pounds in this first week, and feel a little better already.

I have been off of mine since the end of the surgery and having a friend over...it's amazing how quickly the pounds come back on. but you gotta keep on moving and don't stop.
