Laptop stickers

I'm not sure if I want to complete the circle or not. I quite like the feeling of a work in progress.

    @Welcometoalville

    I agree. I think I'll stop short of a complete circle.

    @Iain Farrell

    Thanks! It was a very low-tech paper stencil job. I'm going to blog it since so many people have now asked.

    @ruthdickson

    Thanks! Great shot of those pencils by the way. (I was going to embed a thumbnail of them here but couldn't since they have all rights reserved.) Have you thought about a similar shot of multicoloured pencil shavings?

    How did you cut the stickers out so they perfectly left the apple logo in the center showing? I mean I tried to cut a template out of a piece of cardboard and I'm having trouble working out how much curve needs to be cut as it is, a tutorial would be super!

    I mean when the template covers the laptop you can't really see if the sticker is going to overlap another etc, and from what I can see you even cut stickers (firefox) so it did'nt overlap dopplr... now that is some precision stuff since you can't really see how much needs to be cut off...

    arrrggh, its got me in a spin.

    I'm guessing more than using the template.

    I was just looking back through my favourites and saw that you'd replied to my comment an AGE ago. =P

    Yeah I ended up making everything all rights reserved as I got fed up with finding photos of mine being used by others without any form of credit, but it's a shame it stops people who then mean good!

    I hadn't thought about that, but it's an idea I'm now rather interested in looking into...

    hey, great idea, I like your mac. I am in Europe and dont know where to get those Yahoo, Flickr stickers... is there a way to get them all in a single place ? thanks.

    Claudefrancois,

    Thanks. I got most of the yahoo stickers from a big single sticker sheet that they often give out at conferences or events where they are speaking. If Yahoo! are attending anthying near you, I'd be willing to bet that someone while bring along a load of stickers.

    Thanks phil... Well yahoo or google or all other big ones are not coming to my small town ... Maybe i make it with milk and chocolate stickers ;)

    Alright, I have got to know. HOW DID YOU DO THIS!? that's amazing, I've always wanted to put stickers on my MacBookPro, but I just can't stand how messy my friend's look with them.
