After spending some time on the phone to other outlets to hear that they were out of stock, I thought this was neat. I'm not up for queuing though.

I bought mine from Carphone Warehouse (for all your fish-sharpening needs) on the launch day. Only had to queue for about fifteen minutes, and although they had no physical stock they sorted out the SIM and contract for me, and the phone arrived in the post a couple of days later.
