New Desk

I just replaced my desk top. It was glass over a ratty old door. We bought a section of beech butcher block counter from Ikea. Stained it with a couple coats to match the rest of the furniture in the room, and then Emily expertly applied three coats of polyurethane, letting it cure for 2 days between coats. The finish is amazing.
