Typical "quick" meal...
Smoothie (3 dried apricots, 2 dates, handful of pumpkin seeds, tbsp of sesame seeds, handful of raw spinach, 1 large frozen banana, water) Salad (lots of leftover greens, cherry tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions, chickpeas, a few walntus, raisins & a scoop of fruit salad [apples & oranges]... tossed in a sesame dressing made from raw sesame seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, squirt of braggs amino acids, balsamic vinegar, 1 orange, garlic powder, pepper & chipotle powder...
