Confronting what I hate (Thing two about my old ankle injury)

Confronting what I hate (Thing two about my old ankle injury) by jesse k..
189/365: Differential dorsiflexion. That pathetic angle of my left ankle represents the limit of its flexibility. My right ankle is closer to normal. But after a year and a half, I can't get much closer to a normal degree of flexibility. I also hate how it is full of scar tissue, fluid retention, and blurred bones (but more on that tomorrow). There is a lot about myself that I do not like, but this is one piece of me that I might be able to change. A screw, once removed, might improve this angle. Maybe.
