Thanks! I'm glad you both like her.

feltedfolksies - I've been collecting Japanese fashion dolls since 1998 and I have a lot. I've never counted them all though. Before that I mainly bought anime related dolls and various vintage fashion dolls and toys throughout the '90s at second-hand shops, etc. but I didn't have a lot of disposable income until 1998. Considering how long I've been collecting dolls, my collection is probably minuscule when compared to some. On the other hand, it's too big for my apartment. ;D

It is very addicting isn't it? I am in love with the Licca's and just got a Mai Chan and another Licca... they seem to grow in numbers...LOL.. i love that you have so many! It's a good thing to spend your money on..at least you have something to show for your money, right?

Doll collecting can be addicting! It's a fun hobby, but they're definitely luxury items. I do love using them as photo models and occasionally I customize and sew for my dolls as well. Cleaning up old and neglected dolls is also a lot of fun.

I'm glad you've joined the Licca Club and are collecting Liccas! For years only myself and a handful of others were sharing Licca photos there and it's so nice to finally have other collectors to chat with. :)

Oh I do love chatting with you and will be sure to show you the ones i just recently got when they come. I noticed you are wonderful at restoring them..if i ever get one that needs it.. i will have someone that can redo her for me..of course i don't expect to do it for free or we can always maybe do a swap sometimes too on accessories or just other things ..it is fun! I am so glad i met you..we have so much in common.. i won a large doll case on ebay which was in very good condition to keep them in and their clothes.

I'm looking forward to seeing your new dolls when you get them! Thanks for the nice words about my restoring skills, but I'm not as skilled as I wish I was. I'm too afraid to try repainting vintage dolls and my "clean-up" skills are minimal. I wish I was able to do what people like Mikiko and Leo do.

A future swap would be fun! Easter is coming up soon and I hope to have some special stuff completed for the holiday so maybe we can plan something then? :)
