clothing tracker

if I don't write it down I forget it. i started marking what I wore each day several years ago. First it was to give me a chance to slow down and do something creative (I wasn't knitting or crocheting obsessively at the time). I don't draw well, but I want to. It was also so I might wear more colour in my outfits (I wore all dark monotones, mostly black, E was sad). Now I track it because I tend to fall into the "it's my favourite" and I'd wear it every day if I could. There are also some places which I visit weekly and I don't want people to think I only have ONE outfit. I just switched to this month grid system. I used to draw it on the weekly plan, but this makes more sense and leaves room there for other things. i took out a book on fashion drawing so maybe one day i'll learn to draw a suit jacket ... i need to stop drawing such long disembodied necks! I don't really need to carry this along with me every day, but for now it comes.
