One of the best!

I love this book! Lots of good recipes and photos.....I hate how there are so many dairy/egg recipes though!

I have this one too! I've only gotten to try one recipe so far though!

we actually have two copies of this book, one significantly older than the other! we should probably give this one away.

I did not realise that we would have enough vegetarian/vegan cookbooks to fill the frame. There are still some I left off the pile.

There are some of the classics in there: Vegan With A Vengeance, Veganomicon and Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World.

@jlkirsch_photo: my favourite in that photo is either 'the vegan asian kitchen' or 'vegan italiano' - both of them cover quite different cuisines (well, the vegan asian kitchen covers a lot of different cuisines) but does a very good job at giving a lot of tasty recipes and a great overview.

my favourite not in that picture is probablySoup for All Seasons.
