    Saw this parked on Wilshire. I have no idea what it is.

      this pic says it all its a "rolls canardly"
      aka rolls down one hill can hardly make it up the next one --yuk yuk

      must be a home build on a gm base id bet

      Thanks! That's considerably more info than I had - it does have a 'historical vehicle' plate on it, so it's not new.
