just my thought... i think this is strong but can still be a lot stronger if...
1. more foreground leading towards the skater. btw, i like the ground pattern- like a silent beauty here.
2. cut the right side to where the other skateboard is. just simplifying it further.
just these. still a small yes vote for the pool.

The most noticeable aspects of this image are the ground colors and patterns. I like the shadows but there is a lot jammed together to the point it's difficult to separate one image from another plus I think the vertical shadow on the right of the screen is almost distracting. I'm not convinced this is a 3-0 sweep but I can't really bring myself to say No either. In this case, it's a tie favor of the photographer. Yes vote.
