      Oh yes, he's gorgeous. A lovely shot too. I see the otters swimming in the creek off the Pamlico sound all the time, but I can never capture them like you did. One of these days perhaps.

      this is not a california sea otter, since it is smaller and has a more narrow head. it looks like an african spotted neck otter, but i am not entirely sure because i cant see the neck
