over the portal to New Parliament House

The kangaroo and emu holding a shield bearing the emblems of all the States of Australia.

We visited the House whilst parliament was in recess and were able to go almost everywhere. We also were there on the 2nd day of the Indigenous protest; locked in the building whilst the Australian flag was being burned and then shown out by another route
