      Hey mgabrys - how could I tell that this is a new sign on a new cafe?

      I've never been there. Neon has been around since 1893 so that's not a clue. Serving "overpriced celebrity-wanabe piss-poor food" doesn't tell me anything about if they are new, old or "whatever".

      Guess I'll just have to take your word for it, chances are I will never visit there.
