Midtown Exchange/Global Market

Midtown Exchange/Global Market by Payton Chung.
Entrance to former Sears warehouse and store, now converted to the Midtown Exchange: a public market/small business incubator, a few retail services, government and hospital offices, rental apartments, and loft condos. Quite an interesting, lively mix in a marginal neighborhood -- and much more inspiring than, say, The Landmark Center at Fenway/Longwood in Boston, another Deco-era Sears warehouse converted to big-box chain retail and hospital offices.
